Serves 1
  • Cooking Spray
  • 100g silken tofu
  • Optional: Handful of additional toppings (Such as diced onion and corn)
  • Roughly mash 100g silken tofu
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat
  • Add tofu and desired toppings (optional, we suggest diced onion and corn kernels)
  • Spray cooking oil over contents
  • Dust 1 tablespoon of Velicious Scrambled No Eggs over the tofu and toss
  • Cook for 3- 4 minutes, toss occasionally and spray extra oil as needed
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Serve and enjoy! 😊
