Looking for a quick and easy vegan dessert to take at the next bbq or dinner? You can't go wrong with this vegan chocolate mousse with avocado recipe! You can spoon the mousse into small glass jars or flute glasses. We topped ours with dairy-free whipped cream sprinkled with our Velicious hot chocolate powder and fresh strawberries on the side. The mousse is airy, fluffy and creamy. Such an indulgent and luxurious dessert!

 

What you need:

 

💚 2 large ripe avocados

💚 3 tablespoons of Velicious Hot Chocolate powder 

💚100g of vegan chocolate

💚 1/4 cup of plant-based milk

💚 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

💚1 tablespoon maple syrup 

💚 Sprinkle of salt

 

How to make it:

1️⃣ Melt the chocolate

2️⃣ Add all the ingredients, including the melted chocolate, to a food processor and blend until well combined

3️⃣ Spoon the mousse into small jars, glasses or bowls. Add your desired toppings such as whipped cream, berries, banana, granola... The choices are endless 

4️⃣ Consume at room temperature or refrigerate for 3 hours for a firmer consistency. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months
