How to make garlic oil at home
We show you how to make garlic oil at home. Crispy garlic oil is a perfect condiment for stir-fries, noodle soup, pasta and salad dressings! With only two ingredients needed, this simple condiment is highly versatile, adding character to your dish.
Serving size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:

30g garlic cloves

1/2 cup neutral tasting oil (such as sunflower or canola oil)
Method:

In a saucepan on high-heat, add 1/2 cup of oil

Heat oil until hot (about 2 minutes)

Turn heat down to medium-heat

Add garlic and stir regularly for 2 minutes

Turn heat to low, keep stirring regularly to avoid garlic from burning

Cook until just browned. Remove from heat and pour oil in a heat-proof bowl immediately to stop garlic from over cooking

Once fully cooled, add to a jar and keep in the fridge. Use within 1 month.
