WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Velicious orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days of your purchase. The time it takes to arrive will depend on your location and the shipping option you selected.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post standard and express shipping services.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia:

  • Standard shipping- $5 or free standard shipping for orders over $50

  • Express shipping- $10

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it's shipped. Please feel free to contact our customer care team if you do not receive an email with your tracking number. Our customer care team can be contacted here.
