Whenever we decide to take a break from our home cooking schedules, our biggest challenge is deciding where to eat (which a lot of you can probably relate). Fortunately, we love all varieties of cuisines so choosing a particular restaurant isn’t that difficult, even non-vegan ones as we can always make the menu work to our requirements.

If we decide on a classic Chinese-style, our go-to is usually Viva Vegan at Newtown. This cozy little restaurant is right in the heart of the vegan Mecca of Sydney. With exposed brick décor and plenty of greenery for its living wall look, the atmosphere and food makes you feel at home.
Staff are always friendly with fast service to bring out your orders within minutes. Considering the extensive choices on their menu, you’ll have no trouble if you want variety of dishes reminiscent of classic Chinese foods or home-cooked meals. All 100% vegan.
